ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Under normal circumstances, all Vetwish orders are processed within 24–72 hours.
Once an order has been placed and submitted to our system, it cannot be cancelled.

Holiday Delivery Notice

To ensure your Vetwish order arrives in time for the holidays, please place your order by the following cut-off dates:

  • Standard Shipping: 15th December before 1:00 PM (local time)

  • Expedited Shipping: 19th December

Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas due to increased seasonal demand.

If you’ve marked your order as a gift, we’ll do our best to fast-track processing within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, please note that some carriers may experience delays during peak seasons. If your package is arriving later than expected, we kindly ask for your patience — it will be worth the wait!

RETURNS POLICY

At Vetwish, we are committed to delivering products that are formulated, manufactured, and packaged with the highest level of care.
We understand, however, that returns may occasionally be necessary.

Vetwish offers a 30-day return policy.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.

  • Packaging must be sealed and unopened.

  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day window.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

All returns must follow Vetwish’s official RMA Procedures.

For every return request submitted within the 30-day return period, you must first request an RMA Number.

Important Notes:

  • Any unauthorized return received by Vetwish will be sent back at your own expense, and no refund will be processed.

  • If an RMA number is issued and we do not receive the return within 30 days, the RMA will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • You may cancel an RMA before the item is shipped back. Once cancelled, the RMA number becomes invalid.

Upon successful return and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of completion of the return process.
